Final independent evaluation “Building capacity for sustainability management in agricultural finance in Africa"

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Evaluation Office of the International Labour Organization (ILO/ ILO-EVAL) is seeking expressions of interest from an independent international qualified consultant (individual) to conduct a final evaluation of the above project. The evaluation will be used for project accountability, project improvement and institutional learning. Among other points the evaluation will identify what worked, what did not work, what is sustainable, what is the legacy of the project and what are the recommendations for the future. This evaluation will examine the entire project intervention from March 2025 to October 2026.
