New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Thank you for your query regarding the warranty requirements for the items under RFQ/2026/63884. Please see the clarification below:UNOPS confirms that Lot 2 is a single-use disposable and sterile product. As specified in Form D (Technical Quotation Form), a 1-year warranty is NOT required for Lot 2. Instead, bidders must comply with the following Quality Assurance and Shelf-Life requirements: The offered product must have a minimum of 80% remaining shelf life upon arrival at the final destination in Samoa Submission of a valid Certificate of Quality / Certificate of Conformance (CoQ/CoC) and Certificate of Sterility / Sterilization Certificate Products must be guaranteed free from defects at the time of delivery (replaced at the supplier's cost if defective upon reception) Please see the updated information in Section III - Returnable bid form under Lot 2 - Pressure Monitoring Sets.All other terms, conditions, and technical requirements set forth in the RFQ documents remain unchanged.
