Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rome Centre for Climate Action and Energy Transition hereby invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the provision of travel, logistics, and operational coordination services for the Youth4Climate (Y4C) 2026 Study Tour in Italy.


The Youth4Climate 2026 Study Tour programme combines full-group sessions in Milan and Rome with a split into two thematic clusters in Venice and Bologna/Naples. Further details regarding the scope of services, requirements, and submission instructions are provided in the solicitation documents and relevant annexes

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
  • Date: 12 August 2026
  • Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Rome, Italy Local Time)
  • Venue: Online/Virtual (link to be shared with registered vendors towards the date)
