The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites eligible non-profit, non-governmental organizations legally registered and operating in Jordan to submit proposals for the implementation of activities under the PROSPECTS Phase II programme.

The selected implementing partner will support the institutionalization and roll-out of the “Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health in the Agriculture Sector” in close coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), Ministry of Labour (MOL), trade unions, and relevant stakeholders. The assignment aims to strengthen occupational safety and health practices among farmers and agricultural workers through capacity building, training, awareness raising, farm-level assessments, coaching, and support for the development and implementation of farm-level OSH action plans.

The implementing partner will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes, mentoring national trainers, facilitating OSH training sessions for 70 farmers and 430 agricultural workers in Mafraq, Jordan Valley, and Dhulail, supporting the development of OSH improvement models for selected farms, managing grants for farm-level improvements, and assisting the Ministry of Agriculture in developing a sustainable institutionalized OSH training roll-out plan.

The assignment will be implemented over a period of approximately 12 months, from September 2026 to September 2027. Interested organizations must demonstrate relevant experience in occupational safety and health, agricultural training, outreach to farmers and agricultural workers, collaboration with government institutions and social partners, grant management, monitoring and evaluation, and previous experience working with UN agencies or international organizations.

Deadline for submission of clarification questions: 10 August 2026, COB (Amman local time).

Interested organizations are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference.
