The pre-bid conference will be conducted on 06 August 2026 from 15.00 to 17.00 hours (Tashkent time, UTC/GMT+5). The Pre-bid conference will be organized online through Zoom. The Pre-bid conference is: ​☒​ not mandatory 

Bidders are requested to familiarize themselves with the ITB requirements, if possible, prior to Pre-bid conference. The request for clarifications could also be sent after Pre-bid conference but not later than on the deadline indicated under this BDS Article 8 above. 

Minutes of the Pre-bid conference will be disseminated by ​using Quantum functionality
