Services to support the integration of climate change and disaster risk reduction in teaching and learning materials under the Climate Smart Education Systems Initiative (CSESI) 

UNESCO is seeking the services of a consulting firm or institution based in or with a strong operational presence in Cabo Verde, proficient in contributing to the creation of teaching and learning materials for teachers and teacher educators on Climate Change (CC), Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) as well as the capacity reinforcement of teachers and educators to integrate these themes into teaching and learning practices within the framework of Component 3 of the Climate Smart Education Systems Initiative (CSESI) in Cabo Verde. Specifically, the selected consulting firm/institution will analyse the existing teaching and learning materials on Climate Change Education, ESD and DRR, support the development of new teaching and learning materials for teachers and teacher educators on the themes, and assist with capacity building of teachers and educators on how to integrate these themes into teaching and learning processes.
