New amendment added #2: 2. Section 8, Qualifications and experiences, sub-section 1.3 has been changed from "Vendor has at least 2(two) publications in accredited journals in line with the conducted impact evaluation studies. Contractor to provide online reference links for the publications." to "The bidder shall submit two sample evaluation reports or similar analytical reports demonstrating the quality of its previous work". Kindly take note of this amendment. This will also be reflected in the eSourcing criteria Platform. The updated TOR (Annex-1 Updated TOR WP-1 Impact Evaluation (Endline survey), Moyamba), reflecting the changes, has also been uploaded to the document section.
