New clarification added: Dear sir/MadamPlease I need clarification on the form B (Price schedule form). The form is not editable to input figures, so I printed it out and hand filled my prices, scanned and inserted the scan into word document and uploaded it to portal. I want to know if that's acceptable by your organisation. If you are having trouble with the Word document, you can try editing it using Google Docs. Alternatively, hand-filled and scanned copies are also accepted.
