Description of the Assignment:  Individual Consultant/Programme Manager, timbuktoo HealthTech Hub, responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the Hub’s programme portfolio, including HealthTech curriculum development and localisation, startup cohort recruitment and management, incubation and pre-acceleration, mentorship and expert coordination, startup portfolio management, acceleration and investment-readiness coordination, ecosystem engagement, monitoring, impact measurement and knowledge management.

Period of assignment/services:01 September 2026 – 31 August 2027 (240 working days over 12 months).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
