Description

UNESCO is pleased to invite your organization to submit a quotation under RFQ Ref. RFQ-UA-26-35 for the design and implementation of the “Pilot Mobile Library and Literary Outreach Programme in Ukraine.”

The assignment includes programme design and coordination, operational and logistical management, implementation of mobile library services in cooperation with participating public libraries, organization of literary outreach activities, and preparation of monitoring and final reports.

Please find the Request for Quotation and Terms of Reference attached for your review.

Your quotation must be submitted in English and consist of two separate files:

  1. Technical Proposal, including all required supporting documents;
  2. Financial Proposal, including a detailed cost breakdown.

The complete quotation must be submitted no later than 7 August 2026 at 17:00 Kyiv time to:

procurement.kyiv@unesco.org

The total size of all attachments should not exceed 10 MB.

Any request for clarification should be submitted in writing to procurement.kyiv@unesco.org sufficiently in advance of the submission deadline.
