UNICEF national/International LITB-2026-9205331 (LTA) for the Local Supply and Distribution of Medical Equipment and Furniture for Primary Health Care Facilities in Syria

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are kindly invited to submit your best bid for Local Request for LITB-2026-9205331 Long terms agreements for the for the Local Supply and Distribution of Medical Equipment and Furniture for Primary Health Care Facilities in Syria.

Please submit your proposals by latest  Aug 18 2026 at 23:59 (Syria time).

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of the above attached document.
2. Pages 3-5 (QUOTATION FORM) of the tender document should be signed, stamped and presented along with the technical offer.
3. International bids MUST be submitted ONLY in USD or Euro; while local bids can be submitted in USD or SYP, however payment will be made in local currency according to the UN exchange rate at the date of payment.
4. Site Visit is scheduled as per Annex G.  
5. Please note that any inquiries related to this LRPS will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY by latest: Sunday June 23 2026 and will not be considered through phone calls. Kindly make sure that the e-mail mentions the LRPS reference number LITB-2026-9205331.

7. Delivery Term is DDP Syria.

Bidders are kindly requested to submit their proposals in two separate emails: one email for the technical bid and other email for the financial bid.

a-Email for technical bid [Technical Bid should not contain prices]: Subject line of email must indicate: LRFPS number (9205331) - name of your company - technical bid. The email must include: The technical bid.

b-Email for price bids: Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (9205331) - name of your company- price bid.

1. Bidders must indicate the validity period of their bid. Bids should be valid for a period of no less than One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the RFP deadline.

A bid conference (pre-bid meeting) is scheduled for Aug 04 2026  at 14:00 pm Syria time. The conference will be held online, attending is open to everyone by logging on from any smart phone or PC using the following link:
