ITB for Tablets and MS 365 Licenses for Sudan

INVITATION TO BID NO EM/RGO/DAF/LSP/P/0009384 (Procurement of Tablets and MS 365 Licenses) The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the attached list under (Annex E) For purchase of Tablets and MS 365 Licenses (as described in Annex E) which will be used by WHO Sudan. CLOSING DATE: 5 August 2026, at 23:00 (Cairo Local Time (UTC +3)) ITEMS NEEDED: • As per the attached (ANNEX E). INCOTERMS: • DDP WHO Port Sudan warehouse. OR • FCA Nearest Port. OFFERS: • Must comply with specs required in Annex E. • All Technical details and the financial requirements should be completed as per the annexes E. • Queries are welcome to be received exclusively through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) in the correspondence section of this ITB maximum by 02 August 2026. • The Financial offer should be submitted in the attached excel bidding sheet format and in PDF format as well through UNGM. (Annex E) DELIVERY: Bidder shall deliver the goods [4 – 6 Weeks] after contract signature. Evaluation OF OFFERS: • Offers will be sent through UNGM. • Bids will be evaluated technically first, in compliance with the requirements under the annexes of the attached ITB, lowest compliant offer will be selected. • Any alternative offers, whether for one or more items, shall be submitted in separate copy of this sheet as an independent offer. • Please submit your offers in the excel sheet (Annex E) attached. EXCLUSION CRITERIA The following products/offers will be excluded: • Offer submitted after the stipulated time and date. • Any modification to the structure, format, or protected elements of Annex E (such modifications will not be accepted. • Offers missing attachments or properly filled signed/stamped document. • Company Profile • Commercial Registration certificates • Technical Specifications of the offered item • Commercial Brochure having all the technical details • References from clients where you have successfully completed similar projects within the past 05 years. • Audited financial statements for the past 3 years • Standard Warranty of IT items • Availability of local provider and service center in Sudan. • Specify the country of origin. • Delivery period: within 4-6 weeks • Submission after the stipulated deadline or through channels other than UNGM
