Call for External Collaborator- Photography and Videography Services – METI II Project Launch Event in Lebanon

The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks to engage a qualified service provider to provide professional photography and videography services for the Launching of the Mainstreaming Employment into Trade and Investment (METI) Project in Lebanon, to be held on 12 August 2026 in Beirut. The assignment includes comprehensive event coverage, capturing key sessions, speakers, participant interactions, official moments, and visibility elements. The selected service provider will produce a minimum of 50 professionally edited high-resolution photographs, one (1) approximately 2-minute highlight video, and submit all edited outputs together with the raw photo and video files within seven (7) working days following the event. All deliverables shall comply with the ILO's communication, branding, and European Union visibility requirements.
