Call for External Collaborator – Actuarial assistance and training using ILO/PENSIONS to Rwanda RSSB, ILO Social and Labour Protection Department

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The work comprises preparing a costing report for the inclusion of self-employed workers in the pension programme managed the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) while training a selected team of specialists designated by the RSSB on the deployment of the ILO/PENSIONS model. The work covers the following steps: identification, collection and validation of input data, modelling the RSSB pension scheme, generating a calibrated baseline scenario and projecting policy scenarios for the inclusion of self-employed, interpretation and drafting of a technical note, training the RSSB team in the use of ILO/PENSIONS.
