Call for External Collaborator - Impact Evaluation Review Facility (IERF) Technical Review Consultant

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: An external collaborator will provide technical review assistance for impact evaluations and related impact assessment studies undertaken across the organization under the Impact Evaluation Review Facility (IERF). The consultant will review and provide technical feedback on impact evaluation concepts, methodologies, theories of change, data collection and analysis plans, monitoring arrangements and dissemination strategies. The work will support the strengthening of methodological rigor, feasibility, quality assurance and evidence-based learning within the ILO. Assignments will be provided on an as-needed basis depending on the availability of requests for technical review support during the contract period.
