RFQ-2026-09 Assessment of UNAIDS supported Community System strengthening Project and Design of a Multi-Year Community-Led HIV Programme.

The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of service to conduct Assessment of UNAIDS supported Community System Strengthening Project and Design a Multi-Year Community-Led HIV Programme. UNAIDS supported the Myanmar Positive Group (MPG) and KP networks to implement Community-led service including Community Adherence Group (CAG) models aimed at improving treatment adherence, continuity of care, and access to HIV treatment and support services.
Work description:
1. Assess the implementation, effectiveness, achievements, challenges, lessons learned, sustainability, and scalability of the CAG and SHG Development Project.
2. Identify key strengths, gaps, and priority capacity-building needs of community structures, networks, and peer-led service delivery mechanisms.
3. Consult key stakeholders, including community networks and technical partners, to identify priorities and strategic directions for future community-led HIV activities.
4. Develop a practical multi-year project design that strengthens community-led HIV service delivery, organizational capacity, coordination, monitoring, and long-term sustainability.
Duration: The consultancy is expected to be completed by 28 September 2026 (approximately 20 working days) from contract commencement.
