PROVISION OF LEARNING EXPERIENCE PLATFORM (LXP)

The Knowledge Project is seeking a highly qualified company to design and develop a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The objective is to create a comprehensive, user-friendly, and scalable LXP that serves as the primary digital system for the Future Skills Academy (FSA), a key pillar of the Knowledge Projects efforts to promote lifelong learning, digital skills development, and knowledge sharing across the Arab States.

The LXP will enable learners, instructors, and administrators to access high-quality courses and learning resources, complete assessments, and receive customized digital certifications and badges. The LXP must be accessible as both a web application and a mobile application, hosted in the cloud, and optimized for desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Users must be able to access all features via both the web and mobile versions. With robust content management, reporting, and analytics capabilities, the LXP will ensure measurable outcomes and support evidence-based decision-making.
