Editing, proofreading, design and layout of the toolkit on gender equality in and through education for West and Central Africa in French and English

UNESCO is seeking the services of a qualified service provider to undertake professional editing, proofreading, graphic design and layout of the regional toolkit on gender equality in and through education for West and Central Africa, available via this link, in both French and English. The toolkit builds on the GENIA (Gender Equality in and through Education) toolkit originally developed by UNESCO for the Asia-Pacific region and has been adapted through a participatory regional process with education stakeholders to reflect the policy context, priorities, examples and implementation realities of West and Central Africa. Under a single contract, the selected service provider will carry out: (i) professional editing and proofreading of the French version; (ii) professional editing and proofreading of the English version; and (iii) graphic design and layout of both language versions. The objective is to produce publication-ready French and English versions of the toolkit that are linguistically accurate, clear and accessible to education stakeholders, visually dynamic and professional, aligned with the O3 Programme’s visual identity, and suitable for digital dissemination and professional printing.

Your quotation must be sent no later than August the 10 th, 2026, 15:00, Dakar Time

The vendor shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Proposal and UNESCO will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the solicitation.
