New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We understand that there is no issue with the biometric registration of unskilled workers, as they are recruited directly from the local community.However, we would appreciate your clarification regarding skilled workers. Could you please confirm whether a skilled worker registered under one CRLP UNOPS project is allowed to work only on that specific project, or whether the same individual may also work on other CRLP UNOPS projects?This is an important concern for us because, considering the large number of ongoing CRLP UNOPS projects, it is often difficult to recruit different skilled workers for each project due to the limited availability of qualified skilled labor.Additionally, it is also challenging for the company to verify whether a skilled worker has previously been engaged on another CRLP project.We would appreciate your guidance and clarification on this matter.Dear Bidder,The stated limitation is only for the unskilled laborers. The skilled laborers (as defined by the labor management procedure, which is part of the bidding document) are allowed to work in more than one project, but UNOPS approval is required.Thanks
