LTA for Procurement of Fuel for Generators and Vehicles in 36 States & WCO Abuja (Readv.)

Dear Bidders,

The World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the WHO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

To enable you to submit a bid, please read the ITB documentation carefully.

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB:

1. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Thursday, July 30, 2026
2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Friday, July 31, 2026.
3. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Monday, August 10, 2026.
4. All communication should indicate the Bid reference: “LTA for Procurement of Fuel for Generators and Vehicles in 36 States & WCO Abuja (Readv.): CSU-Fueling/LTA/2026/05/022 Readv.

All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP).

Please note that Vendors who submitted proposals in response to the initial request, ref.  LTA for Procurement of Fuel for Generators and Vehicles in 36 States & WCO Abuja - CSU-Fueling/LTA/2026/05/022, are not required to resubmit because their previously submitted proposals remain valid.
