Oracle Flexcube Upgrade and Managed Service

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the provision of Oracle Flexcube Upgrade and Managed Service. The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for a Flexcube Upgrade and related Managed Service from potential Bidders whose employees or consultants are experienced and have sufficient knowledge in the Flexcube upgrade requirement specified. The required services include: 1. Upgrade of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution currently in use at IFAD from version 14.3 to version 14.8 (or the latest); 2. Provision of managed services for the Flexcube customizations. Bidders must submit technical proposals for both Upgrade and Managed service. The upgrade service is expected to last for 8 months. The Managed service will start immediately after the upgrade go live. The two service components are interdependent, as the managed service will be provided directly on the upgraded Flexcube environment and require continuity of knowledge of IFAD’s implementation, including extensive customizations, integrations, data structures, deployment configurations, and support processes established during the upgrade.  INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS RFP/ITB DOCUMENTS: In order to have access to the Tender Documents, it is necessary to register in UNGM portal (www.ungm.org).
