Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks an external collaborator to conduct training, coaching, and certification activities under the Responsible Wage Digitization programme in the Philippines. The collaborator will co‑facilitate a Training of Trainers (ToT) for at least 15 trainers from partner institutions, deliver two Trainings of Enterprises (ToEs) for 20 to 25 SMEs each in Metro Manila, and provide structured coaching to up to 10 ToT participants as they roll out their own training sessions. The collaborator will also conduct online group coaching sessions for SMEs transitioning from cash to digital wage payments, and participate as a member of the certification panel for trainers. The work includes preparation, delivery of training, logistical organization of ToEs, coaching activities, evaluation, and preparation of required reports.
