New clarification added: We kindly request your clarification on the following technical and operational points:Q1. Daily Training Hours:Could you please clarify if UNOPS or the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MoPHP) has a preferred benchmark for daily contact hours (e.g., 4 to 6 hours/day), or if this is entirely left to the consultant's discretion following the TNA findings?Q2.Cohort Splitting for Practical Sessions:Could you kindly confirm whether such cohort splitting is permitted and encouraged within our proposed methodology and financial offer, or if the training should be conducted as a single unified group of 40 participants?Q3. Duration Adequacy for Practical Application:Could you please clarify whether these durations are flexible and subject to adjustment based on field assessment findings, or if they represent fixed upper limits that must be strictly adhered to?Q4. Catering and Lunch Provision:Given that daily practical and field activities are anticipated to extend past 1:00 PM, we would like to confirm that providing a full lunch meal for participants is a mandatory requirement to be factored into our detailed cost breakdown for all training days.Answers:Ans.1: Daily Training Hours:Training hours must be at least 8 hours per day.Ans.2: Grouping for Practical Sessions:Please adhere to the current number of trainees. Grouping will be considered after the contract is signed, based on the specific training module, if the methodology requires it.Ans.3: Sufficient Time for Practical Application:Please adhere to the allotted time.Ans.4: Food and Catering:The service provider is responsible for all logistical and catering services .
