RFQ/JURE/2607/41 – Supply and Installation of Desktop Computers.



The Support to Justice Sector Project (JURE), funded by the European Union, which is jointly implemented by UNDP and UNICEF Sri Lanka and facilitated by the Ministry of Justice was launched in 2022. The Project contains a holistic package of support to the justice sector in Sri Lanka and will be implemented in close consultation and partnership with key justice sector stakeholders.


The effective functioning of the justice system depends not only on judicial officers but also on the skilled non-judicial officers who support the day-to-day administration of courts and the delivery of justice services. As the demands of court administration continue to evolve, there is an increasing need to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and competencies of non-judicial officers to enable them to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.


Through this intervention  under  JURE  supports strengthen and enhancement of the Training Institute for Non-Judicial Officers  by providing necessary IT equipment. This includes enhancing training facilities, improving library and office spaces, and equipping the auditorium and IT laboratory with essential ICT infrastructure to improve the quality, accessibility, and reach of training programmes.


This procurement process will focus on procuring of Desktop Computers as described in Annex 01.
