UNDP seeks to engage a service provider (private firm, civil society organization, non-government organization, or private sector foundation) with credible experience for the Procurement of Consulting Firm for the Philippine Development Plan – Results Matrix (PDP-RM) Infrastructure Chapter Diagnostic Assessment and Strategic Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Institutional Stocktaking for Selected Agencies

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted via Zoom on 29 July 2026; 1:30 PM (Manila Time).
