The International Labour Office (ILO) is pleased to invite your organisation to submit a quotation for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Disability Inclusion Assessment and Training Services for Better Work Viet Nam. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (Annex III) for the detailed scope of work, deliverables, timeline, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria.

Please submit your complete proposal through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer) no later than the deadline indicated on the platform. Late submissions cannot be accepted.

By participating in this RFQ, bidders acknowledge and accept the ILO Terms and Conditions of Contract (Annex IV). Failure to comply with the RFQ requirements or the applicable contractual conditions may result in the proposal being considered non-responsive.
