The tender has been cancelled due to the low level of bidder response, which was attributed to the complexity encountered by bidders in preparing and submitting their financial bids.A new tender with similar requirements, but with revised bidding forms, will be launched today under the revised tender reference RFQ/2026/64478 and published on the UNGM website.Bidders are requested to submit their offers against the revised tender, RFQ/2026/64478, through UNGM via the UNOPS eSourcing system.Bidders are also encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting of the revised tender as soon it is launched. Details of the meeting are provided under the Particulars tab of the new tender. The pre-bid meeting will provide an opportunity to address bidders’ concerns and provide further clarification and a clearer understanding of the tender requirements.
