Description

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Rapid Behavioural Insight Generation for H5N1 Risk Communication and Community Engagement in Cambodia.

To support and strengthen Cambodia’s behavioural insight generation and use in RCCE efforts, WHO is providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (MoH) across a range of activities. This assignment begins with a desktop synthesis of existing data – through tools including social listening, risk perception, and exposure assessment, which WHO will provide together with orientation on their use — to sharpen the focus of the subsequent qualitative insight fieldwork.

The contractor will conduct the desktop synthesis, data collection, transcription, translation, analysis, and report writing, using tools and data provided by WHO, and will support a joint findings-review workshop with the Ministry of Health (MoH) to discuss results and document next steps. The contractor will work under under the supervision of WHO and the leadership of the Ministry of Health, in close collaboration with provincial health departments.
