In the drawing of the  Commercial Gas Metering Station ВОГ-Ш-Ф-1Л-250-ЕК150, item 5 of the product and material specifications for the gas metering station specifies a straight section downstream of the meter, DN250, L=750 mm, with flat flanges and gaskets, which is understood to mean that they will be removable. However, the drawing itself appears to show them as welded on one side. Given that installing additional flanges would require an increase in overall dimensions, please provide clarification regarding the accuracy of the information in the Specification and the drawing in particular. //Добрий день. When filling out this form, a number of questions arise, namely:1.    In clause Q 10, clauses 1.1, 1.5, 1.6, the requirements for the gas metering unit and the SRP are established in the technical conditions (issued by the gas distribution organization) for the design and manufacture of working drawings of future products. That is, the manufacturer cannot technically confirm at the stage of submitting the proposal, but during the manufacture and delivery of the goods, all these requirements will be met and it will be possible to check accordingly. Therefore, please explain how exactly to technically confirm these requirements? Or is it enough to put “YES”?2.    In clause 2.1.6.1, the absolute pressure measurement error is erroneously indicated as ±0.0075%, although the drawings on sheet RP74 indicate ±0.075%. According to the manufacturer's product passport, the error is precisely ±0.075%.3.    In clauses 2.1.7, 2.1.11, 3.2 - requirements are established specifically for the metering unit proposed by the Customer. Due to the fact that we will offer equivalent equipment to be installed in the VOG and SHRP, we emphasize that the manufacturer provides equivalent products, but with other characteristics that will in no way affect the functionality and quality characteristics of the VOG and SHRP. We ask you not to require technical confirmation of the specified characteristics, because equivalent ones will be used (according to the drawing provided with the proposal).4.    In clauses 3.3, 3.4, 3.6 – the specified requirements cannot be technically confirmed, because these parameters are specified in the technical conditions (issued by the gas distribution organization) as a task for design. At the bidding stage, you are not required to provide specific operational documents, licenses, or vehicle/crane permits for the logistics companies you plan to engage.To fulfill the requirement at the tender submission stage, you need to review the stated legislation, policies, rules and regulations, and then sign and submit the relevant Declaration provided as part of the Returnable Bidding Forms in this RfQ. By signing this declaration, you are legally confirming and guaranteeing that you, as the main Contractor, and any future subcontractors you may hire (including logistical companies), will strictly adhere to the mentioned laws and regulations during the actual execution of the contract (delivery and unloading). The actual operational documents for the crane or transport will only be verified at the site during the delivery phase, not during the bidding process.UNOPS will provide detailed practical recommendations on the measures required to demonstrate compliance with this requirement to the successful bidder after the contract signing.
