Call for External Collaborator - Metadata Standardisation: International Labour Review, Wiley Period Archive (1999–2024)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The work comprises the completion and publication of the archival back-catalogue of the International Labour Review on the OLH-hosted Janeway platform, across all three language versions, to a standard consistent with ILO editorial and visual requirements. The work covers the Wiley-period archive (1999–2024) and encompasses: • correction and standardisation of article metadata; • normalisation of author and editor affiliation records; • validation and quality assurance of corrected records in coordination with the OLH technology team; • stylistic alignment of the ILR website with ILO visual standards; and • restructuring and interlinking of the three language websites to make the archive accessible and cross-referenced across all versions. The Contractor shall also provide documentation of any outstanding gaps and regular progress reporting to the Managing Editor.
