Below is a summary of the work to be performed: As part of the ILO's support to the social protection system in Egypt, the consultant will be responsible to provide high-level technical assistance to the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Universal Health Insurance Authority (UHIA) to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based and operational strategy for the progressive extension of Universal Health Insurance System (UHIS) coverage to workers in the informal economy in Egypt.
