Leveraging our deep, long-standing relationships, system-wide credibility and knowledge of UN mandates and context, the staff college works with UN entities to design and deliver learning that meets their specific needs.For more information, please visit the UNSSC website at www.unssc.org. Through its Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management (KCLM), UNSSC is dedicated to supporting partner organisations in strengthening leadership and managerial capabilities across the UN system. Leadership assessment is therefore expected to serve multiple purposes: - supporting system-wide transformation efforts, - enabling greater alignment in recruitment approaches, - strengthening consistency in leadership standards and competencies, and - informing continuous learning and development. UNSSC intends to collaborate with multiple service providers for the delivery of assessment components, while retaining overall responsibility for quality assurance, implementation, data integrity, and alignment with evolving UN system needs. UNSSC aims to develop a structured Leadership Assessment Pipeline that integrates assessment and development into a coherent, phased approach. This includes: - pre-assessment diagnostics (such as psychometric tools and 360-degree feedback), - interactive assessment components (including simulations, case studies, and structured competency-based interviews), and - post-assessment elements focused on feedback, development, planning and leadership readiness. UNSSC seeks to identify highly qualified suppliers to deliver high-quality advisory, design and/or assessment services for the establishment of a Leadership Assessment Centre for a period of 2 years with possibility of extension of 1 additional year (2+1 years). The awarded vendor may be requested to provide the following services: 1. Advisory and Design Services 2. Assessment delivery services 3. Individual assessment reporting 4. Data Analytics and insights Specific Requirements/Information Interested and potential companies are requsted to submit their expression of interest using the link provided under this notice. Please note that REOI is not a tender document and no technical / commercial proposal is not sought at this time. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in due course as a formal solicitation tendering process which will result in award of a contract/ multiple contracts.
