There will be a public bid opening on Tuesday 11th August 2026 at 14:00hrs GMT.

Currency is SLE for businesses registered in Sierra Leone and US dollar for businesses
outside Sierra Leone.
Special note:
All items must be supplied with a minimum warranty of 2 years
INCOTERM: DAP (Delivery At Place) - UNICEF Warehouse, Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Failure to quote in accordance with the requested INCOTERM may result in invalidation of
the Bid.
Bidders must also include in their submission the following mandatory documents:
Business registration/ certificate of incorporation.
Country specific valid copy of tax clearance
UNGM registration number
2024 and 2025 Audited financial statement
