Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The selected consultant will pilot a behavioural diagnostic methodology on the recruitment of domestic workers in Ghana under the Global GIZ Fair Recruitment Forward Project and ILO FMM II. The assignment includes developing research tools, conducting stakeholder consultations and qualitative fieldwork, mapping worker and employer recruitment journeys, identifying behavioural barriers and leverage points, and proposing practical intervention options to strengthen fair recruitment outcomes. The work will culminate in validated journey maps and a final report with recommendations for programme piloting and scale-up.
