Tender description: The overall objective of this solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to facilitate and expedite the process by which UNOPS will contract the provision of establishing a BPA for Translation, revision, and proofreading once there are specific requirements in the 12 months following the signature of the BPA.

New clarification added: Question 1:The bidder shall provide one or more of the following: Documentation confirming the presence of a valid Environmental Management System such as ISO 14001 or equivalent A copy of the organization’s sustainability policy A copy of the organization’s latest corporate social responsibility report A copy of the organization’s most recent UN Global Compact Communication on Progress reportIs ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 equivalent certificate to ISO14001?If we provide only one document of the mentioned above, is it sufficient criteria for eligibility?Answer 1:ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 cannot be used as en equivalent certificates to ISO 14001. The bidders are requested to provide a minimum one of the documents listed as a proof to the dedication of the company to the Sustainability. New clarification added: Q: In which language should we submit the supporting documents?A: The bid is to be prepared in English. The copies of the original documents issued by the relevant institutions can be submitted in the original language. The UNOPS Evaluation Team reserves the right to ask for translation if any document is not clear to the Evaluation team.
