Certified SIYB Master Trainer to Deliver Training of Trainers (GYB, SYB and IYB)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO), through the Partnership for Improving Prospects for Host Communities and Forcibly Displaced Persons (PROSPECTS), seeks to engage one certified SIYB Master Trainer to conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme on Generate Your Business Idea (GYB), Start Your Business (SYB) and Improve Your Business (IYB) in Garissa, Kenya. The assignment aims to strengthen the capacity of Garissa University and relevant stakeholders in Garissa County to deliver entrepreneurship training and business development services. The consultant will support participant selection using SIYB entry requirements, prepare training programmes and session plans, deliver a 10-day ToT workshop, conduct participant assessments and evaluations, submit comprehensive training reports, and provide follow-up coaching and mentoring to trainees to support their subsequent training and mentorship of entrepreneurs. The consultant will also assess trainers’ performance and recommend eligible candidates for certification. The assignment is expected to be completed over 25 working days.
