138_Design and delivery of consulting services on business development

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-01756: 138_Design and delivery of comprehensive consulting and advisory services on business development for war-affected entrepreneurs.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on July 30, 2026, at 11:00 (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

 Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference/ Specification/ Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
