Provision of Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services for OCHA Afghanistan

Important Note 1: This is a Request for Expression of Interest for a solicitation process that will follow and not the actual solicitation. Exact requirements will be in the solicitaiton document which will be shared with the parties expressing their interest. Important Note 2: The interested suppliers should have a certificate from Toyota proving genuine spare parts. This certificate is to be sent to ochabuyer@un.org in addtition to the submission expression of interest. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) in Afghanistan intends to establish two Contracts for the provision of vehicle maintenance and repair services, including the provision of spare parts, for its fleet of thirty-two (32) armored vehicles, including Toyota Land Cruiser Hard Top Armored Vehicles and Armored GXR models of the LC200 and LC300 series. UNOCHA Afghanistan currently operates from five (5) locations across Afghanistan (subject to variations during the Contract period), as follows: 1 Kabul (main office), 2 Jalalabad, 3 Kandahar, 4 Mazar, 5 Herat. Specific Requirements/Information Certification from Toyota proving the capacity to provide genuine spare parts must be submitted as part of this expression of interest. The certificate should be sent to ochabuyer@un.org.
