UNDP Tanzania is pleased to invite your firm to submit a quotation for the provision of Event Management Services for Innovation Week Tanzania 2026 (IWTz 2026).

Innovation Week Tanzania is the countrys flagship platform for innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, investment, and inclusive economic transformation. The 2026 edition aims to deliver a world-class event experience that supports Tanzanias development aspirations under Dira 2050 through innovation, technology, investment, youth engagement, and inclusive economic transformation.

The assignment seeks to engage a highly experienced Event Management Firm to provide comprehensive, end-to-end event management services, including:

  • Event planning and production;
  • Venue management and logistics coordination;
  • Branding and visibility management;
  • Participant registration and experience management;
  • Media coordination and content development; and
  • On-site event execution and operational support.

The assignment will be implemented over a period of two months and will cover the preparation and delivery of the event scheduled to take place from 31 August to 4 September 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The selected firm will work closely with the Innovation Week Tanzania Organizing Committee and UNDP to ensure seamless implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, strong branding, and an exceptional participant experience.

Interested firms are requested to review the solicitation documents carefully and submit their Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
