Container warehouse for storage of explosive materials

The WFP Ukraine Country Office is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to supply Container warehouse for storage of explosive materials to support WFP Demining activities.
Requirements for WFP Ukraine
Interested suppliers must demonstrate the capability to supply a containerized warehouse for the storage of explosive materials with the following minimum characteristics:

Factory-new equipment only; used or refurbished units will not be accepted.

The container warehouse shall comply with all applicable Ukrainian legislation, technical regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements governing the storage of explosive materials.

The proposed solution shall be based on an ISO 1C shipping container or equivalent and incorporate an internal reinforced protective structure suitable for the safe storage of explosive materials.

The container shall be equipped with an electrical installation providing internal lighting and power supply connection.

The container shall include an external antistatic grounding system.

The container shall be equipped with:

intrusion alarm system;
-
fire detection and/or fire suppression system;
-
other safety features necessary for secure storage of explosive materials.

The internal layout shall provide two separate zones:

Zone 1: storage area for explosive materials;
-
Zone 2: storage area for initiating devices and ammunition-related items.

The storage solution shall allow segregation of different categories of explosive materials in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Each zones shall have separate access arrangements and appropriate physical security measures.

Internal door systems shall provide blast-resistant separation between compartments.

External access doors shall be fire-resistant and fitted with secure locking mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized access.

The supplier shall provide all technical documentation, operating manuals, certificates, and warranty documentation upon delivery.

The supplier shall demonstrate compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operational requirements through relevant certificates, test reports, or equivalent technical evidence.

The supplier shall provide warranty and after-sales service support within Ukraine for a minimum period of twelve (12) months following delivery.
Purpose of This EOI

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suppliers to supply Container warehouse for storage of explosive materials to support WFP Demining activities.

This EOI does not constitute a tender. Only suppliers meeting the minimum technical and administrative requirements may be shortlisted and invited to participate in future formal solicitation processes.
Instructions for Submission to EOI
Interested suppliers must submit the following documents:

Table 1: Supplier Registration Form (signed and stamped by an authorized company representative);

Table 3: AFAC Clause;

Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations;

Tax registration certificate;

Bank letter with bank details;

Valid licenses and permits

Proof of experience (portfolio, references)
All documentation listed above must be submitted in English or Ukrainian, in PDF format, and emailed to: ukraine.vendormanagement@wfp.org.
Upon closure of the submission period, WFP will review all submissions and inform suppliers of the evaluation outcome.
Evaluation and Important Information

Incomplete or unsigned submissions will not be considered.

All submissions and supporting documentation will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed publicly.

WFP reserves the right to modify or cancel this procurement process at any stage. Any changes will be communicated to all participants accordingly.
