Dear Implementing Partners,

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Call to Piloting Gender-Responsive Economic Reintegration for Returned migrant workers and IDPs through Skills Development, Cash Transfers, and Business Seed Grants in Bossaso, Puntland, Somalia

The overall objective of this call for proposal is to support the sustainable economic reintegration of 200 returned migrant workers and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Bossaso, Puntland, Somalia, through market-relevant skills development, financial inclusion, and enterprise support, including business seed grants.

To enable you to prepare and submit your technical and financial proposals, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.

You may submit the Technical and financial proposals to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the services specified in the Terms of Reference.

Implementing partners who are interested in this call should submit their technical and financial proposals, along with other relevant documents through ADDIS_PROCUREMENT@ilo.org until 03 August 2026 @17:00 EAT.
