The UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa Social and Human Sciences (SHS) Unit is seeking the services of an Individual Consultant to provide multidisciplinary expert services on linking research and policy reforms through advancement of UNESCO’s Management of Social Transformation (MOST), Youth, and Climate Change workstream. Specifically, the Consultant will focus on key thematic areas on strengthening disability inclusion in policy implementation in Zimbabwe, scaling up interventions on youth mental health research in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe, as well as leading research activities on the socio-economic impacts of climate change in transboundary communities in Southern Africa, with specific focus on Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
