What are the key requirements and critical factors that bidders must carefully consider to avoid disqualification during the evaluation process?2. Is participation in a site visit mandatory for this tender, or is it optional?3. Apart from site visits, what are the most common reasons for bidder disqualification in UNOPS tenders?4. When reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), we observed that certain amounts or figures appear pre-filled before submitting our financial offer. We would be grateful if you could kindly clarify the purpose and interpretation of these values.5. Furthermore, we would like to inquire whether UNOPS organizes any workshops,Answer: Dear Bidder,Thank you for your email and asking these questions, please see answers to each below:1. To avoid disqualification, please ensure to read and understand ITB 03 Section I - Instructions to Bidders. This will will provide you basic information on dos and don't. You also need to submit your bid inline with criteria and instructions set out in Small Works - ITB 04 Sections II, III, IV, V. And all other ITB documents including Annexes. 2. Participation in a site visit is not mandatory, but recommended. 3. Site visit is not mandatory, the tender has evaluation criteria, which require bidders to prepare their bids and submit inline with provisions in Small Works - ITB 04 Sections II, III, IV, V. Non compliance may lead to disqualification. Bids are submitted using forms in Small Works - ITB 05 Section VI - Returnable Schedules 4. In the BOQ, an amount of Provisional Sum is included to cover Envrinonmen and Social Mangement and onther amount included are fixed labor administration fee, and labor wages for laborer who are selected from the communities where the project is implemented.Those BOQ unit costs shall not be edited by bidders. 5. UNOPS time to time organise contractors' training. The last training happened this year on in May.
