Description

Dear Valued Bidder,

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Myanmar Country Office wishes to invite tender for establishment of non-exclusive, time bound, long-term agreement for the procurement of  “ Education Supplies Kits and Supplies ” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to request you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this tender invitation and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Deadline and submissions of the Proposals

Proposals must be submitted latest by the date and Myanmar local time specified below.  Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Bidders shall submit proposals by electronic submission only to email : procurementyangon@unicef.org. Technical, financial (price) proposals and proposed samples will have to be submitted.

Deadline of Submission : on 06 August 2026.  Time :  10 :00 am

All information provider by the bidders will be treated as confidential and used for UNICEF internal purposes only.

Bid Conference: Online Pre-Bid Meeting for this LITB will be conducted on 28 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Please kindly inform whoever interested pre-bid meeting not later than 24 July 2026 10:30 a.m. to Moe Shwe Syn Naing mssnaing@unicef.org and Sign San Noe ssnoe@unicef.org .

Request for information/clarification

Any questions concerning this invitation, must be forwarded in writing by email, to Ma Moe Shwe Syn Naing, mssnaing@unicef.org and Sign San Noe ssnoe@unicef.org not later than 03 August 2026, with specific reference to this LITB number. No request for information will be allowed after this.
