New clarification added: Bidder Query : Regarding Lot 1 and Lot 2, we would like to seek your kind clarification.As per the technical specifications, wet-process X-ray films are required. However, please note that conventional wet-process medical X-ray films have already been discontinued globally. Fujifilm, one of the leading original manufacturers, has stopped production of these films, and most suppliers no longer have stock available.Could you please confirm whether we may offer equivalent dry X-ray films instead? These provide comparable image quality and are widely used in the Cambodia market as a suitable replacement.Your kind clarification will be highly appreciated and will help us prepare the most appropriate quotation. UNOPS Reply : Bidders are requested to submit an offer for a product that fully complies with UNOPS’ Minimum Technical Requirements specified in the solicitation documents. New clarification added: Bidder Query :Shall we know why the lot 12, needle must be  from BD  or  Vitrex or  Vacutest (Kima) or Lasec pls？ while some of the included companies do not actually manufacture blood collection needles.We believe that a transparent and fair tendering process is in the best interest of all parties involved, and we would appreciate the opportunity to better understand the criteria used for selection.Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your response. UNOPS Reply : Please note that the specific brand requirement for Lot 12 – Needle for Vacutainer Tube was specified based on the programme's technical and operational requirements. Therefore, bidders are requested to offer a product from one of the brands listed in the tender documents. All offers will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the tender documents.

Needle for vacutainer tube collection size 21Gx1 1/2" (21G x 1.5")must be  from BD  or  Vitrex or  Vacutest (Kima) or Lasec, right? other brand will not be accepted, right?2. Pack size : 1,000 tubes / pack, is that the tube?  vacutainer tube shall also be needed pls? or just need the needle? UNOPS Reply : (1) For Lot (12) - Needle for vacutainer tube , The bidders are requested to offer one of the following specific brands.BDVitrexVacutest (Kima)LasecOther brands will not be accepted.(2) The pack size should be a tube because the needle is contained inside it. If the Pack Size is "1,000 needles/pack," the outer packaging tube may not be included.So, Pack Size will be as specified in the tender documents. Bidders are requested to go through the given technical specifications.The offered product should comply with UNOPS’s Minimum Technical Requirements.

New clarification added: Bidder Query : Which brand of X- ray film do you want ? Dry or sensitive x-ray film ? UNOPS Reply : Please note that the required products are not brand specific. Bidders are requested to go through the given technical specifications and submit their valuable offer accordingly. The offered product should comply with UNOPS’s Minimum Technical Requirements.

New clarification added: Bidder Query :  There is some items that we have available in stock. Can we provide the quote under DPU incoterm for stock item? UNOPS Reply : Please note that the required Incoterm for all lots is CPT, as specified in the tender documents. Please submit your best offer as per the tender document accordingly.
