Long-Term Agreement for Customs Clearance and Domestic Freight Forwarding Services for UNICEF Solomon Islands Field Office for Two (2) Years.

The bidding process is open to all vendors that are legally registered in the Solomon Islands or hold a valid certificate authorizing them to provide services within the country.

Please find attached the specifications and the required forms to be filled. The REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your offer. If the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising of Financial Offer and the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM filled and signed should be sent to PacificBids@unicef.org by the (7th August 2026 23:59 Fiji time)

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
