Consultoria para Realizar Ciclo de Pesquisa Qualitativa

Contratação de empresa (pessoa jurídica) especializada para realizar um ciclo de pesquisa de opinião qualitativa que incluirá: planejamento metodológico, instrumentos, coleta, tratamento, ponderação, análise, relatórios, apresentações executivas de resultados e demais atividades relacionadas com pesquisa, em todo território nacional, visando atender às necessidades de informações negociais e de opinião pública, com criatividade e inovação metodológica de cunho intelectual, conforme o disposto neste Termo de Referência para subsidiar a BIP – Plataforma Brasil de Investimentos Climáticos e para a Transformação Ecológica.

O contrato terá vigência de 6 meses, contados a partir da data de sua assinatura.

Solicita-se aos interessados que indiquem sua intenção de apresentar proposta criando uma resposta preliminar (draft response) no sistema, sem submetê-la imediatamente. Isso permitirá que o sistema envie notificações automáticas caso sejam realizadas alterações ou emitidos esclarecimentos relacionados à presente licitação.

Caso necessitem de esclarecimentos adicionais, os fornecedores deverão utilizar a funcionalidade de mensagens disponível no próprio sistema. As propostas deverão ser submetidas diretamente por meio do Portal de Fornecedores Quantum, acessível pelo link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org, utilizando o perfil já cadastrado no portal.

Os fornecedores que ainda não possuam cadastro poderão criar um perfil por meio do link de registro disponibilizado no aviso de licitação, seguindo as orientações constantes nos guias disponíveis no site do PNUD: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Não deverá ser criado um novo perfil caso a empresa já possua cadastro ativo. Em caso de esquecimento do nome de usuário ou senha, recomenda-se utilizar a funcionalidade de recuperação de acesso disponível no sistema.

Os interessados deverão localizar esta oportunidade utilizando os filtros de pesquisa disponíveis no portal e inscrever-se (subscribe) na licitação para receber notificações automáticas sobre eventuais alterações nos documentos da solicitação. Procurement of a specialized company (legal entity) to conduct a cycle of qualitative opinion research, including methodological planning, development of research instruments, data collection, data processing, weighting, analysis, reporting, executive presentations of results, and all other activities related to the research process throughout the national territory. The purpose of the assignment is to meet the BIPs needs for business intelligence and public opinion insights through creative and innovative methodological approaches, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Reference, to support the Brazilian Platform for Climate and Ecological Transformation Investments (BIP).

The contract will have a duration of six (6) months, commencing on the date of its signature.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
