UNICEF is soliciting proposals to furnish all management, operations, labor, equipment, storage, goods and
supplies necessary to print, bind and deliver material that includes, but is not limited to
Cards;

Textbooks;
Posters;

 Banners;
Brochures;
Publications;
Newsletters;
 Pamphlets; 

Signage;
 Flyers;
Special event promotional material (i.e. pens, USBs, laser pointers etc.) voir TDRs Attached

Important and Essential Information

• Bids must be submitted in 3 separate documents (financial offer, Technical offer, and administrative offer)
• Administrative Offer: Should contain all legal documents of the company
• Technical Offer: refer to the attached TDRs
• Financial Offer Refer to Annex 1 sheet 1 and 2

• Bids must be submitted only via email to: supply_bids@unicef.org
• The Request for quotation (RFQ) reference number LRFQS-2026-9205098 must be clearly indicated in the subject line of the email upon submission.
• Any question should be adressed at: supplyhti@unicef.org deadline 8 agust 2026.
• The deadline for bid submission is 15 Agust 2026 at 11:59 PM (Haiti time).
