139_Provision of digitalization support packages for war-affected entrepreneurs

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-01727: 139_Provision of digitalization support packages for war-affected entrepreneurs through e-commerce, marketplace optimization, and AI-supported business tools.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on July 24, 2026, at 14:00 (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

 Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference/ Specification/ Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
