FAVIE/EOI/LOA/2026/04 - Application for FAO Food System Transformation Programme - GCP/VIE/004/EC

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), intends to pre-qualify a group of organizations in a timely manner, and potentially solicit proposals from them shortly thereafter.

The services/outputs being sourced are:

• Provide technical support packages for development of three selected innovative and agro-ecological projects including ecological tourism, sustainable production and market development in rice, mango and coconut value chains from feasibility assessment to technical design, necessary capacity building and monitoring in project’s implementation for Farmer Based Organization (FBO)/ Cooperative in Dong Thap, An Giang and Vinh Long provinces.
• Develop blockchain-based traceability systems integrated with planting area codes for selected value chains to linking farmers to exporting markets via project applied standards (SRP, VietGAP, etc.) for rice, mango and coconut in Dong Thap, An Giang and Vinh Long provinces.
